Entry to sauna as a part of the 30 minutes starting package:
does not prolong the stay in thermal pools.
- Each entry to the sauna zone as a part of the 30 minutes starting package costs 20 zloty or 29 zloty - depending on the season.

Entry to sauna as a part of the 3,5 hours or 3 hours package:
does not prolong the stay in thermal pools. Each entry to the sauna zone as a part of the 3,5 hours or 3 hours package costs 29 zloty or 39 zloty - depending on the season.

Price for the ticket without the time limit includes:
single all-day access to all the pools and attractions available at the facility with the exception of the sauna zone and the Wellness BUKOVINA zone. Each entry to the sauna zone as a part of the package without the time limit costs 29 zloty or 39 zloty - depending on the season.

Family packages:
apply to two adults (parents) and children of up to 13 years of age. The maximum number of children in the package is 4. Entry to sauna as a part of the family package does not prolong the stay in thermal pools. Each entry to the sauna zone costs 29 zloty per person or 39 zloty - depending on the season.

VIP packages:
All VIP packages include  single all-day priority access to the facility, unlimited access to the graduation tower, and a VIP locker with 0.5l mineral water, a bath robe, a towel*, and a complimentary set of selected cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, body balm, and a bathing cap).
The number of VIP places is limited.
*The deposit for the bathing robe and the towel amounts to 200 zloty.

The offer applies to adults only.

VIP BRONZE – additionally includes:

- a single entry to the sauna zone (every subsequent entry costs 29 zloty or 39 zloty - depending on the season),
- a spa voucher with a 10% discount on Wellness BUKOVINA treatments. Voucher valid on the day of purchase. The 10% discount applies to one or any number of treatments for the voucher holder on the same day.

VIP SILVER – additionally includes:

- unlimited access to the sauna zone,
- the possibility to order one complimentary cool drink, coffee or tea at the restaurant in the thermal pools,
- the possibility to order one complimentary dessert at the restaurant in the thermal pools,
- a spa voucher with a 10% discount on Wellness BUKOVINA treatments. Voucher valid on the day of purchase. The 10% discount applies to one or any number of treatments for the voucher holder on the same day.

VIP GOLD – additionally includes:

- a single entry to the sauna zone (every subsequent entry costs 29 zloty or 39 zloty - depending on the season),
- the possibility to order one complimentary cool drink, coffee or tea at the restaurant in the thermal pools,
- lunch of the day at the restaurant in the thermal pools,
- relaxing massage of a selected body part
- a spa voucher with a 10% discount on Wellness BUKOVINA treatments. Voucher valid on the day of purchase. The 10% discount applies to one or any number of treatments for the voucher holder on the same day.

INFORMATION

1. Termy BUKOVINA are open every day between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
2. The ticket offices close at 9:00 p.m.
3. Water attractions at the Termy BUKOVINA are switched off at 9:45 p.m.
4. The summer zone with outdoor slides is closed in autumn and winter.
5. Children of less than 100 cm can use Termy BUKOVINA free of charge, under the care of their parents.
6. Discounts, promotions, and the possibility to use the facility free of charge cannot be accumulated or combined.
7. A valid photo ID entitles you to the discount.
8. Organised groups have at least 15 members. Group supervisor is required to have the list of participants.
9. The purchase of a ticker is tantamount to the approval of the rules and regulations.
10. Termy BUKOVINA do not offer rent a towel services.
11. Staying at the facility after 10:00 p.m. results in an additional charge PLN 15 for every 15 minutes started.
